Ok so me and two girl friends are planning on going to vegas in the beginning of september. We are in our mid twenties and would like to stay at a hotel where we can chill at the pool during the day and drink and hang out with people our age. Some place we can party during the day. Price is not our concern, we just want to have a good time while we are there. Please give some suggestions for where we should stay. Thank you.

Definitely, Hard Rock, Palms, PH or Mandalay Bay. Let me know where you are staying, lol.
Hard Rock and Palms would be the best party hotels, but it depends how important location is to you. Neither of them are on the strip (Palms is the closer of the two). Mandalay Bay has the best pool on the strip, with plenty of young people and now also a casino at the pool. There are tons of good clubs there too. That%26#39;s at the south end of the strip though, so you wouldn%26#39;t be walking many places. Caesar%26#39;s is probably the most happening hotel on the strip, between nightlife and the Forum shops.
I heard that they are doing some construction at the hard rock and some other hotels. Is it really a big inconvience?
The Palms seems to have an older group during the week then much younger on the weekends.
I would choose the Hardrock but the location blows and the casino is really not much of anything and again the weekends seem to have a younger group of people.
Maybe the Rio or Mandalay also but both those locations are not the best.
Plus there might not be much of party scene going on in September.
Give the party scene up and stay in a class hotel and make your own party.
If you%26#39;re into luxe lodging and want something new and fresh, check into the Palms Place, a new condo hotel attached to the Palms. Very chic and perfect for your age...check out their one bedroom condos...
as others mentioned, palms and the hard rock are good places, but are off the strip.
you might also want to consider the venetian, which has tao beach, which is pretty much 1 big pool party, then travel to the hard rock at night when it starts to get lively.
mgm also has wet republic, which i haven%26#39;t been to, but if you search on this forum, you%26#39;ll hear all kinds of good things about it. another pool party.
i think the two best casinos to party in during the day(on weekends) other than the hard rock, would be planet hollywood (great music) and osheas (beer pong college fratenity vibe)
and to answer your other question, i was at the hard rock this 4th of july and i didn%26#39;t notice the construction at all.
