I%26#39;ll probably get slammed, like the last time I posted a reply to this question. Maine lobster is the best, but it%26#39;s not quite as fresh as I like, in Vegas. Being that said, ';Mix'; at Mandalay Bay had the best lobster we%26#39;ve tried out there.

Joe%26#39;s Stone Crab had delicious scallops, and Mon Ami Gabi had excellent fish and chips.

Excellent fresh seafood in Vegas is hard to find.

Actually, some of the lobster and fish served in Vegas is fresher than some in Boston.
