New in Vegas

Hi

I have not stayed in either hotel but from just going in them I would choose Harrah%26#39;s over Riviera. Did not really like that place at all, it had a dirty feel to it.

I think you%26#39;ll made a good decision switching to Harrah%26#39;s...it%26#39;s nicer and in a nicer location.

My favorite buffets would be either at Wynn or Bellagio, both are good. Some of the outlying casinos seem to be just a little looser than the ones on the strip, but you can get lucky or unlucky anywhere!

You made the right choice because Harrah%26#39;s has the better location.

Gambling seemed better at the Riv but to be honest everything else is run down and in need of replacement/improvement.

Harrahs, while not posh, is a much nicer hotel with more to offer and MUCH better location. A good sound choice for sure. The riv is NOT the better end of the ';strip'; for sure.

Thanks to all who replied, if any feel like giving their opinion,go for it the more the merrier...i fell better that i have made this change in our travel plans and my wife also...

I stayed the Riviera two years ago, it wasn%26#39;t abd nothing fancy but way too far. I think harrah%26#39;s is a better choice because the location is great.

The Wynn buffet is great, it%26#39;s a little pricey in comparison to some of the others but it has great selections.

Harrah%26#39;s .
