Check in peak times?

We%26#39;ll be checking in on a Wednesday around 5:00/6:00pm. We%26#39;re staying at the Paris and I am hoping to get one of the renovated rooms. I realise it%26#39;s all first come first serve but after nearly a 15 hour trip (including 2 hour pre flight airport time) I%26#39;m not looking forward to a huge line.

LVH, I don%26#39;t know if anyone can guarantee there will not be a line when you come to check in. You might want to call Paris and let them know your situation and see if they can give you Invited Guest check-in or VIP. Not sure about this but I think Harrahs still has airport check-in, hopefully someone can confirm this but that may help you out a little.

mgm is the only place that has airport check-in now. but there should be a minimal check-in line at 5 on a wednesday. however, this is a generalization, but weeknight evening checks in, especially before 7PM usually have minimal waits.

Call the morning of your arrival. Directly to the front desk, ask for a manager. Be very nice, explain just what you would like and ask then to block a room for you. More than likely you will get just what you want.
