Home Away or VRBO rentals

Hi again :)

I%26#39;m in the process of booking at stay at the Signature directly with the condo owner thru the Home Away website. He has his condo listed on both Home Away as well as VRBO. Any of you out there familiar with the process? I%26#39;m hesitant because the owner has no feed back on either website. I%26#39;ve rented a place at the Sig once before this way but with another owner who seemed more organized and had great feedback on the websites.

why not use an owner with feedback, since that seems to be a stumbling block for you? With so many units offered is this practical?

If you want this unit and the owner is on both websites, and you have used VRBO why not use that website since you are familiar with the process? No need to ask us, you already know how it works.

I would prefer to rent with someone who has feedback left on the website but the ones I%26#39;ve contacted either they have no availability or the rates they are charging can%26#39;t compare to the deal I%26#39;ve found.

I was just hoping to hear from other%26#39;s that might have been in similar situation and how it ended up working out for them.

VRBO.com and HomeAway.com are simply websites that the individual owners or management companies can advertise their properties.

I don%26#39;t think it matters which website you use since most owners use both. It%26#39;s more about finding the owner or company that are professional, have a fair price, and are professionally managed and CLEANED!
