Mama Mia Tickets - Different Card To Purchase

hi all, I have a little problem - possibly.

I purchased some Mama Mia tickets with my debit card but that card was damaged so I have had it replaced but the booking info says I require photo ID , the invoice and the original card that was used to purchase the tickets.

Will I be refused the tickets , what can /doI need to do

Are the Mamma Mia tickets available for pick up at Will Call or did you get e-tickets?

If at Will Call, I would ring them up and give them the new card number to avoid any complications when you get to Vegas.

If the tickets are bar coded scannable e-tickets (i.e. like CDS shows) then it is a risk, but nobody has ever asked to see my card before. Normally the tickets are just scanned and they allow you through. The only problem would of course be if somebody had already scanned your e-tickets (highly unlikely) where you would then have to show you card to confirm they are your tickets.

Call the box office in advance and explain the situation. They can then verify everything with your card issuer if they so wish and it shouldn%26#39;t be a problem.

I personally wouldn%26#39;t take the chance of showing up without calling them first.

Janzbro, as ju123 said, if you%26#39;ve printed your actual tickets already the credit card and ID requirements are irrelevant. From the way your post is worded I suspect this isn%26#39;t the case.

The tickets are prepaid to be picked up before the show from the box office

I would definitely ring them and explain the situation. It will be easier to sort any problems out from the UK then when you are in the front of a queue at Will Call at the Mamma Mia box office.

I just gave my new card number and the security code and they amended the details on screen. When I picked the tickets up, there was no problem at all.

I suggest you ring them as well.I did a booking like yours in June and when I picked up the tickets at the box office I had to produce the credit card I had booked with as well as my photo ID.It%26#39;s a great show by the way...enjoy.
