Is there a Helicopter Tour from LV to South Rim ?

We have only two and a half days in Las Vegas, and coming all the way from Australia we are really keen to see the Grand Canyon.

I was originally looking at a helicopter tour which lands at the bottom, but so many TA experts have advised that this is the Western part and not as beautiful as the South Rim.

Given that we are streched for time, and unable to give the Canyon the time it deserves what options can you suggest? We don%26#39;t want to sit in a coach all day.

Have seen one option where you fly to Grand Canyon airport on a small plane then fly through the Canyon on a helicopter. Is there anything direct from Vegas that I just can%26#39;t seem to find? TIA.

You%26#39;re choosing the right part of Grand Canyon to visit. It is awesome to see.

There are no helicopter tours from Vegas to the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park. The fixed wing/helicopter combination you%26#39;ve found is the only way to avoid spending a day on a coach. And to clarify, in the national park aircraft are restricted to only a part of the canyon and are not permitted to fly below the rim.

You can fly there and then do a helicopter flight above the canyon. Check this trip
