Hi Folks

I am going to be in Las Vegas for 8 days at the end of Oct. I will have a car for the first few days. Is it worth the drive to primm to do some shopping or should i give it a miss

I%26#39;d personally only go to the outlets at Primm if there%26#39;s a store that isn%26#39;t at either of the Vegas outlets and you specifically need something there. If you%26#39;re just after general outlet shopping then the Vegas places should suffice.

If you%26#39;re into rollercoasters it may be worth you driving to Primm to check out the Desperado at Buffalo Bill%26#39;s.

No, I never thought it was worth the drive. The deals were never better than what you could get in Vegas at the other outlet malls.

IMO only if you play golf. Primm is more of a pit-stop for LA drivers.

I have to disagree with everyone. We make a point to go to Primn almost every trip. We like the buffet, rides, the mall, mono-rail and mobster car.

The water ride has lazer pistols that you shoot the targets and it totals the points at the end. The roller coaster is also great, expecially if you don%26#39;t like going upsidedown. You can feel like a kid again. The casino is decorated like the old west.

We gamble there more than anywhere else. Never big winners but we can play for a long time on a little money.

If you are only looking at shopping then it probably wouldn%26#39;t be worth it.

You%26#39;ve got 8 days. Primm is a mere 45 minutes away. Go for it. If you get there and hate it and want to kill yourself, turn around and go back to Las Vegas. But go, or you%26#39;ll never know. And then give us all a TR.
