The Buffet at Bellagio, Spice Market, or MB Bayside Buffet??

I know there have been a lot of topics regarding buffets, but after reading through many threads, I could not find the exact answer that I am looking for. Would appreciate your help in deciding on which buffets to go to.

I will probably do two lunch buffets in my short visit. Which one of these have sushi? What types of fish do they have? Salmon, Tuna, yellowtail? Do they give you a hard time if you do not eat the rice? I do like meat as well. Prime Rib is one of my favorites. I probably will not have desserts.

value for money its got to be the spice market. but if you the price isn%26#39;t import, its a coin toss between MB and bellagio. i prefer the bellagio and the wife loves MB.

ps. the bellagio has a great sushi station.

Bellagio or Mandalay Bay. I have eaten at both are they both really good and both have sushi

Thanks for the replies. Do you know if they will give you a hard time if you don%26#39;t eat the rice on the sushi? The rice really fills you up very quickly.

I will probably do at least the Mandalay Bay buffet for lunch since I%26#39;m staying at the Luxor.

Trust me they are not going to care if you leave the rice and only eat the fish. For what they charge you at either, they could care less how much you eat or how much you waste.

The buffets are %26#39;all you care to eat%26#39; and you may take only what you desire. No need to eat the rice if you don%26#39;t want it. Go back to the station as many times as you like, take a clean plate each time, and help yourself to whatever you want. The staff will whisk away the dirty plate that you set aside on your table. Enjoy!

Thanks for the info. I%26#39;ve been to some buffets here in NYC that sort of look down upon eating only the fish and left a whole plate of rice. One place actually threatened to charge us more (and of course I never go back to this place).

I think Bellagio is the best out of those 3, but it%26#39;s also a lot more expensive. But I like the other 2 as well. Also, I don%26#39;t believe any of them have prime rib if you go for lunch. I think they do if you go for brunch, or dinner of course.

In one of the other posts there was a link to a buffet rating. One of the comments on the reviews was to go to the Bellagio Buffet at around 3:30, they change to the dinner menu at 4 so you get to eat the lunch and dinner menus but only pay the lunch price. Is this true? Can this be done at Mandalay Bay or Spice Market?

Thanks again for all the responses. This forum is by the BEST forum.

Yes!!....that is one of the best ';tricks'; to do!! That%26#39;s how most buffets in Vegas are run. Just be aware that those times change sometimes. They may start charging the dinner price at 4:00 or 3:30 or 3:00.
